Emby not allowing videos to play

Hello! I have been having some difficulties with Emby.

Below I have attached the server logs. During which I tried to play a video to no avail. 

I have checked permissions, checked bitrate limit. Nothing seems to be of issue.

I am worried it's an issue with Emby itself. 

If anyone has any information regarding this topic, please reply!

Literally any change I make does nothing. I believe it is a file or Emby issue. None of my ProRes files work with Emby. I could try making a new user and resetting the variables.

What change did you make? Can you please provide a new log example following the change?

I tried changing max bitrate to an insane number. But it still says that the bitrate of the video is too high.

As for the log. I just restarted it. I will get it to you ASAP

But not the change to the options in the screenshot I posted  . Can you try checking all of those three boxes? Thanks.

They are all checked. Same issue

so it says it goes to transcode, but then it cant play the file because the stream is too big?

Good morning, I have updates.

Emby is allowing videos to play now.

The issue however, is there is no audio.

So I am trying to figure out what is causing that issue lol
