androidtv app... no servers listed cant manually add them

I have installed android tv app on two different android tv boxes (shield and skystream) same results enter the key and when I check there are no servers listed, when I try to add manually .. no servers found .  How do I get it to work ... and how do I get it to list my server.. btw emby works on all my samsung android phones and tablets
