4K Dolby Vision HDR10+ is either black screen or frozen video GCCwGTV

I use a Google Chromecast with Google TV as my main server streamer, with a direct ethernet connection. I've only ever had this issue with these files that are 4K DolbyVision HDR10+. "Apparently" GCCwGTV supports both, but when I try to play it it results in a black screen, or a frozen screen. The files work on my android phone, server PC, the Emby Roku app, and second PC that's direct to my TV (the same TV the chromecast is connected to). It's only the Google TV Emby app that can't seem to play it.
