Prompt to Get Premiere on Trailers

Hi.

i have purchased emby premier and when i click on the trailers button on the home page ig the message

Emby Premiere Required

please advise how to activate this feature

i did restart the emby server after adding subscription key

Hi.  What app are you attempting this on?  If it is a web browser, be sure nothing is blocking requests.  Bring up the browser console and look for any errors and remove plug-ins like Privacy Badger (or configure them to allow our traffic).

Hi. i am using the browser on the server hosting emby server and the app on shield tv pro

i dont see any  options for console

I mean browser plug-ins.  If you are using Chrome, hit ctrl-shift-c and refresh the page showing you the get Premiere message.  Any red lines in the console?

Hi.

for some unknown reason it has started to work without any other settings change.

2 observations i have noticed

1. the vast majority of trailers are in standard definition making them look horrible

2. is there a way to chose which trailers get shown or is there another cinema intro plugin available
