No Compatable Streams are Currently Available?

Hi.  I am running the official Emby docker on unraid.  Every so often when I try and play my media ill get the error : No compatible streams are currently available, and its always with the same episode or movie.  I have tried setting permissions but had no luck with that. I'll attempt to attach the correct log.

Nope im getting the same issue.  I should mention im using external drives.

So im not sure why this worked but deleting it and refreshing the metadata than re-adding it and refreshing it once again got it to work.  Only reason I can think of why it worked is mabe the metadata imbedded in the video was currupted or something.

Did you hit refresh metadata and then immediately press play? it's possible that you tried to play before it completed rescanning the video. There's currently no way for you to monitor the progress of refreshing the metadata so that could have very easily happened.
