ShieldTV and "did you know" tips just won't go away.

Every time I fast forward through a show the "tip" always comes up telling me about skipping chapters. Its been like this for years and would love to know how to disable this. Up to date as far as play store allows.

Do you have anything on the device that is clearing out the app data, perhaps?

The next time it happens, can you please  follow the instructions to send a log from the app?
