How to add a folder as a favorite item as before?

Hi, I am currently running emby server 4.7.9.0 on my synology nas. I have added some folders (Home video type, folder view) as my favorite items and I can filter them out quickly on a previous version(forgot the number). I know library types like TV show still have the button. However, I cannot add or delete any folder to or from the favorite item pool anymore. I looked at the system.xml and library_name\options.xml but cannot find any related option for this. I wish to know if there are a workaround or not, as it is very helpful for quick browsing of specific series of videos. Thank you for your help!!

Yes, pictures are from web app. But I also cannot find the button using the window app and android app.
