I have a list of IPTV channels, how can Ipmport it to the IPTV plugin's data?

Hi, not very easily. The plugin only accepts video urls, so you'd have to import one channel at a time.

instead I would suggest importing into Live TV using the m3u import feature: https://emby.media/support/articles/M3U-Tuners.html

Did you restart the server after doing that and then run the refresh internet channels scheduled task?

Temporarily resolved, I updated the code in the XML file, restarted the service and went to IPTV configuration to add or delete a channel to display all the added channels in the XML code.

You could also just restart the server and then run the refresh internet channels scheduled task
