keeps loading and cannot be played

my device:mac mini（m2）

my emby server:4.7.14.0

my media player:infuse pro7.6

Network mode: LAN

problem:

I try to play several movies,I just want emby to stream directly,almost all failed,just loading.

but the same movie, directly in SMB mode, can be watched smoothly.

iso

iso is almost unplayable, and the rest of the format is much slower than in SMB mount mode

Can you try a normal video file, such as an mkv or mp4?

After changing to mkv, can play  occasionally, and still  keep loading most of the time

@sheepHow does it compare when playing with Emby app or Emby web app?

The server is just serving up the file directly for Infuse. Because of this, there's no way for me to debug this and find out what's going on. You need info from the player (Infuse). Does it create log files?
