When is stable Android app updated?

I am confused by the "latest version" post. Is the official, stable version of the Emby Android app really almost a year old ("Stable: v3.2.75 (2022/09/27)")?

I believe the latest stable version of Android is actually v3.3.29 (not sure of the date)
