How to get no Season Folder

I have a folder under TV called "Made for TV Movies".  The files are in this folder, with no sub-folders.

Emby creates a season folder called "Season Unknown".

I would rather not have this extra step to get to the content.  I would like to open "Made for TV Movies" and the files are right there.

Is there a way to NOT have Emby create a Season folder?

You can do that (for a library, not just one show in it) in server 4.8 when that comes out.

Or you could put them in a movie library and make a collection of them.

You could put that folder in a "Movies" library. While "matching" made for TV movies is a little problematical I have not, at least yet, found a made for TV movies that is unmatchable by Emby although there could be some. For the ones that are split into multiple file I either merge them using any of the available tools or I use Emby's "Part x" designation to get the files to play together.

For the ones that spawned TV shows I do  use a TV library and just place them in a "Season 00" or "Specials" folder.

This works for me but I can see how others might need/want some other methods.

Hi, if they are movies then they should be in a movies library, or organized as specials in a tv library.

With that issue, yes....

However, I would like to be able to not have shows in a "seasons" sub folder IF the show has only one season.  

My reason (I can't speak for others) is the tedium of click after click to get to the content.  I would be happy if I could save even one click.

It would be nice if the we have the files in the Show's  folder without being in a season sub-folder, if Emby would respect that structure and just have the shows presented that way.

It could even be limited to those of us who choose "folder view".  Here is a graphic showing reaching the content in two clicks....
