capedcrusader 0 Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 My /Science directory was refreshed and emby decided that it was in fact the TV series Weird Science. Now all the contained shows' episodes are messed up, many don't play at all, and I can't seem to get rid of it. Is there a way to manually flag certain dirs as scaffolding rather than series?

No. How are your files named and organized? What is your library type and path? Likely some newly introduced series broke parser.
capedcrusader 0 Posted September 18, 2023 Author Posted September 18, 2023 I have not added anything to this library to cause this. I added a movie, but in a different directory altogether of course. I just renamed the "Science" directory to "Documentary" and now it's identified as a middle eastern gameshow with a cover from an east Asian series...

capedcrusader 0 Posted September 18, 2023 Author Posted September 18, 2023 (edited) Sorry I was editing my post to answer that. It goes /MNT/LIB/GENRE/TITLE/(SEASON), with the latter only being there in case there are multiple. It's a normal TV library as it does not concern one-off docs but series. Solution capedcrusader 0 Posted September 18, 2023 Author Solution Posted September 18, 2023 I got some permissions errors on my logs for ffmpeg (for long existing, finely post processed items) and reapplied proper permissions, refreshing the library seems to be sorting it. I have no idea what happened, and sorry for wasting your time. Thank you for the quick responses.
