Misinthe 46 Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 Hello everyone, I’m having a weird issue on my iPhone, I was watching a video on my iPad and I stopped on let’s say the 10 minute mark, I jump on my iPhone and when I open the app, I can see where I was at on the “continue playing” list, but when I play it, it starts from the beginning, and it won’t let me scroll forward either, I move the bar to the minute 10 and it jumps back to 0. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I was driving when that happened so I couldn't attach it, here is the logs for the day, hopefully you can find it there. Also, the other time, you asked for the ffmpeg logs for some issue I was having, when I went to look for it, there were a bunch of them for the day, when you request those, how would I know which one you need? embyserver-20230824.txt

Haha, as you may remember, I am having issues with my server, I haven't been able to bring it back up yet, I haven't been able to use Emby in the past few days.

For the ffmpeg, I don't see any updated file, the last file that is there is ffmpeg-transcode-7689fb3b-fd4a-49cd-8052-92b5f44d71a8_1.txt, but that's from 2:30 hours ago. Misinthe 46 Posted September 18, 2023 Author Posted September 18, 2023 Hello everyone, here's the situation. my son was watching Toy Story 3 on his iPad, and it plays just fine, then he wanted to watch Angry Birds, and he is getting the "No compatible Streams are Currently Available", I'm not sure what the error actually means, but there's literally 0 people streaming, it was just him on the server. I am running Emby Server Version 4.7.14.0 on Windows Server 2022, and he is using an iPad with Emby for iOS 2.2.12. I am attaching the log file, latest ffmpeg-transcode file, latest hardware_detection file, and the MediaInfo of both movies.
