Emby not working

Hey team! I have a new installation of Emby configured and has been going smooth but today for some reason I can't load anything in my libraries. I'm running Emby in a docker container on Unraid v6.12.3. For some reason there are 2 scheduled tasks that always start after the container has been started which are Transfer & Convert media. I have a single user defined in Emby and he's now allowed to download or transcode at all. I don't get "Latest movies or TV" to load and if I try to open the libraries they just hang:

Debug logs haven't indicated at all what is being transferred or converted and I can't use Emby at all. Any ideas?

Hi, I would go into both the downloads section in server settings as will add the conversions section. Here you can see the jobs that were created, although you can’t see which user created them. But from here you can cancel jobs as desired. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

I only had one user and there was nothing in the downloads section. I ended up reinstalling the docker container with a fresh configuration and everything is working as intended now.
