ALL TV EPISODES NOT RECOGNIZED

I have more than one TV series that Emby sees but never recognizes all episodes. I have uninstalled Emby and tried a new install. I have it set to tvdb and even put in the TVDB series number but nothing. I have tried the Emby Priemier thinking they coud help but there is no support.

How are your files named and organized?

I have put the TVDB ID into the series Long Lost Family and each season shows only the first episode. All the episodes are labeled the same but only the first is recognized. I also have other series doing the same thing.

Hi. If you look at one of those episodes, does it have a drop-down with a bunch of different versions?

Can you please show us exactly how the files are laid our and named?

'Season XX Episode YY" is not a supported naming convention, take a look at the link posted above and rename your files accordingly (example: Showname SxxEyy) , rescan library afterwards.
