ziebarthj 2 Posted September 15, 2023 Posted September 15, 2023 Hello. I just recently reinstalled the OS on my media server, reinstalled Emby, and rebuilt my entire library (my previous install had not saved my metadata info in my library folders, so I wanted to rebuild all of that). This went pretty well, except for a couple series of "TV Shows" videos that I have in my library and which need to be named manually. It's really quite an easy process, where I just need to click on one episode, paste the change into the episode's name, save it, and move on to the next one. The problem is, with 4.7.14.0 on my Debian machine, every single time I save an episode or movie or anything in the Metadata manager, the entire media tree fully collapses again. So, instead of being able to just click on the next episode in the tree, I now have to fully navigate back to TV Shows, that show, that season, and scroll down to that episode so that I can do the next one. I believe this is a bug, being as previous versions of Emby never did that. The media tree always stayed put after saving one entry in it. I have a couple thousand videos to edit, though, and this will make a roughly one hour job take several hours. It would be very much better if this could be fixed. 1
