This morning I woke up and tried to continue the show when Emby wouldn't load. I then restarted my drive which didn't fix the issue. I subsequently tried to log on to Synology only to be met with the following: What do I need to do to access Synology again so I can use Emby once more?
Luke 42078 Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Hi, did you try rebooting the entire NAS? Are you able to access the Synology control panel using their web interface, but without going through Quick Connect?
hollerme 7 Posted September 14, 2023 Author Posted September 14, 2023 I rebooted the NAS but that didn't seem to have any effect. I tried to access Synology without quickconnect (http://192.168.1.98:5000/web_index.html) and received a network error. Now when I try to access it says: This site can't be reached The NAS is on though (and the lights are green)
hollerme 7 Posted September 14, 2023 Author Posted September 14, 2023 Hi, Nevermind, I just spoke with my internet provider and it turns out there was some bizarre situation where some devices had internet and others did not. They have now fixed it on their end and the Synology (and Emby) are up and running.
