Yes both the Emby web app and iOS app display the lyrics.

When i play a song with lyrics on the SHIELd PRO there is no cog wheel or button on the screen that depicts the lyric symbol.

Hi.  For lyrics functionality, you will need to use the standard Android app.  You can sideload it on your Shield if you wish but we hope to have it in the store soon.
