Unable to find Password Reset File

Trying to log into my server, but password doesn't work. I received this message, but no such file was created. I have been working on this for 3 months now. I have seen others that have this same issue, but we all wait. I have no idea what to do, I have tried everything everyone else has tried. I guess I'm back to using Plex again. This has be come a time suck and money. Premium member like myself can't use it. what do I do?

For starters, are you able to reach the emby server data folder:

Emby Server Data Folder

What operating system are you running the server on? What version of the server?
