MiStick - No subtitles with video transcodification

Hi,

 

I'm trying to watch a video using a MiStick with the latest version of emby,

The problem I am encountering is that if I watch the video in direct playback, it shows me the subtitles. But since the speed is very bad, I lower the quality (hardware transcoding) and then it doesn't show me the subtitle.

I have tried watching the same video from a computer and the Chrome browser, and here, even lowering the quality of the video, I do see the subtitles.

 

I attach the server files, since I don't know how to get the data from the Xiaomi MiStick

Hi.  Which one did you select?  What happens when you select them?
