Docker with Emby+HDHomerun+Comskip?

I am finally looking to make the transition from Win 10, MCEbuddy/Comskip to an Unraid setup. Emby will be ran in Docker.

One of the final things I am uncertain of is the best way to use my HDHomerun with OTA, and comeskip or some other method of editing

out commercials. Can I ask what you folks that run Unraid/Docker and have HDhomeruns are using?
