scallywag3 1 Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 I purchased a supporter membership and entered the key into the server which is working fine, however when I try to go into Trailers on MBT it comes up saying that "Supporter membership required" Also, I have enabled the Advanced Intros plugin but that does not seem to be working either. When I try to play a movie I now get an error saying "There was an error processing the request" which I believe may be related to the trailers issue above.
scallywag3 1 Posted October 30, 2014 Author Posted October 30, 2014 Never mind, this is working now. Didn't do anything to fix it, must have just not have applied the key to MBT straightaway.

However, trying to go into Trailers on MBT, it comes up saying "Supporter membership required". Any idea about the cause of this issue?

I didn't do anything to fix it, so I guess it was a problem of temporary lack of synchronization. Since this issue seems to be repeating, I suggest developers to investigate the matter. In the meantime, I also suggest to adopt this workaround: after a user has inserted and saved a Supporter membership key, the server should return a message saying to wait a few minutes before trying to use a premium feature and, in case of problem, try again later.
Luke 42077 Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 we know exactly what it is. Emby server checks in with our servers once a day, but if it fails for 7 consecutive days then we'll consider it unregistered. so if you look through your logs you'll probably find some failed http requests in there.
