truenas scale plugins

I am unable to locate the plugins folder in order to place a com skipper plugin. I have tried file browser, but no lick. Anyone know how to do this. I am a turns beginner and am totally lost...

This can help you locate the server data folder. /plugins is underneath that:

Emby Server Data Folder

I found the folder, but when I copy the plugin to the folder, it shows its there. Then I restart Emby and it's gone. Go back into the folder and it is no longer there. Been try all day to get this plugin installed. Im on truenas scale it that helps. I just need the plugin to stick.

Ok its should not be put in your docker it self.

That will erase the plugin on restart, thats how dockers work.

Have you set up persistent storage for your docker ?

Then thats where you should put the plugin.

thats what I'm looking for. Thank you. Now I just need to learn more on the storage. Like I stated, I'm new to truenas scale docker. I'm liking it so far, just a lot to learn.
