avispa 2 Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 Is it normal that my family users using emby connect can see my public IP address? Seems like a bit of a security risk, is there a way to block users from seeing it?
Solution Luke 42079 Posted September 6, 2023 Solution Posted September 6, 2023 Hi, it's normal. Shouldn't users know what they're connecting to? Otherwise it gives the impression that they're connecting to Emby, and that Emby is hosting the content, but that's not what's actually happening.
