CPU: MStar 6A928 There was no picture, no sound, nothing.

My Letv TV S50PRO uses emby tv 2.0.83 to play 4K HEVC. There is only sound but no picture. Sometimes the screen goes black and there is no sound. CPU: MStar 6A928. I want to ask is it because ffmpeg is very old? However, it can be played normally using Nova Video Player. The third-party NOVE VIDE player currently used plays it, but it is not native, which is very difficult for me to accept. Do I need to manually replace the ffmpeg decoder in emby tv?Can I know how to check what's wrong with it?

HI.  How was this video created?  The video player cannot interpret the video stream at all and the device is complaining about unknown profile level of HEVC.

If you use the "Playback Correction" option in the player, does it play?

I downloaded it from the PT website. I don’t know how it was made. The format is 4K HEVC. I have used “Playback Correction” and the picture is there, but where is the freeze frame? It takes a long time to change the picture. However, there is no problem at all when using Emby to connect the nova video player with a third-party player, and it can be played very smoothly. Is it possible that the FFPMEG version number is 5? Of course, nova video player is also open source and available on github. But its interface is really not too ugly, not as good-looking as emby. Can you tell the problem from the log? Is it because emby cannot recognize the encoding format? I guess it should be a general method of suppressing it.

Hi, you don't need to turn those off. The server will already direct play whenever possible.

Try turning them back on and then playing this content again and let us know how things compare. Thanks.
