Guest Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 Hello: Per @Spaceboy's recommendation quite a while ago I have deployed tdarr. I have some standing tasks in my library to automatically convert any newly added media. I don't know all of them nor am I finding a place to see them. Anyone know where I can find and cancel them? I'm offloading standing library monitoring and conversion tasks to tdarr. Thanks!
Q-Droid 989 Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 Configured auto conversion jobs should be under Manage Emby Server -> Conversions. The scheduling for convert and transfer jobs under Manage Emby Server -> Scheduled Tasks -> Downloads & Conversions.
Guest Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 Thanks @Q-Droid, I see the conversion history in Manage Emby Server -> Conversions. But, those appear to be all one-off jobs and not a list of the standing tasks where I've selected a series for example and told Emby server to automatically convert new media. I know there are some, but I don't remember what all they are. Any idea how I can get at those specifically? The one-off list is extensive so if they're buried in there somehow then it will be tedious to find them I fear. Thank you!
Q-Droid 989 Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 Are yours grouped in any way? I think they should be listed by jobs you've setup with item history within each one. I have one automatic conversion set at the library level for TV series and all history and new queued jobs are listed in there. Removing the whole thing from the 3-dot menu will stop the automatic runs. Removing the job or history does not affect the media items themselves. Now, one thing that hasn't been updated is the labeling used for these. You'll see Downloads and Downloaded even when they are straight-up conversions with no downloading involved. It's confusing and left over from older related functionality.
