I need help. I’m new to this and I’m lost

I used to have the app backed in the days when a friend gave me his fire stick and I was watching movies since I got a new fire stick. I can’t use the same program anymore I already paid some money but now I’m lost. I tried to download a lot of stuff but it’s taking me to the Square one..

I already downloaded android TV but I don’t know what to do. After that I have a iPhone doesn’t work. I’m trying to have some tv channels there and some movies.
