How to Create Subfolder with TV Series "Specials" folder

I would like to set up specific subfolder within the Specials (or other) TV series folder.  For instance, I have several hundred Doctor Who specials (i.e., not regular episodes, but cartoons, commentary, interviews, special episodes, etc.). They are currently all placed under specials, creating a giant episode list under the Specials folder. I would like to organize these many, many specials into several categories instead of just having one very long list under specials.  Is this possible?

Even if it were possible, it won't affect the way they're displayed in Emby.

Not sure if it's supported in stable, but the current beta allows an extras folder in each season, which separates things out a little easier.

I think I am mixing my terms.  I am asking about showing subfolders in the Emby display. The files are sorted into subfolders in the computer directory within the Specials directory, but Emby ignores the subfolders and throws them all together.
