I’m not sure what you mean but I’m just wondering if the options might not be there because features are restricted from the users. Still it shouldn’t be blank but just trying to narrow it down.

well ichecked and transcoding is allowed from server perspective for downloading. could it be a setting on the device or my account on emby that blocks it?

Hi, I'm not sure yet, still investigating. We'll be pushing out a new app update soon so there's a chance that may resolve it if it's just a client-side thing.

I see the new version but i cant update it, it just says open instead of update. 
is their a way to start the update from the app?

Apparently 13 maybe it did it automatically anyway still same download screen
