Emby Premiere

I watch Emby shows and movies primarily offline. On both my iPads neither work as each time I open them offline they ask again for the Premiere key and although it is loaded in the box it wont work.

Please help.

Hi.  Exactly what is "loaded in the box"?

Are you playing from the "downloads" section?

Thanks door the quick response. It works offline with the Samsung TV  and a Samsung android tablet. With both IPads it asks to restore purchase or play one minute.

Here is the box with the code in it. But as it’s offline it will not save it. I can save it online but the moment it goes offline it forgets its Premiere.

Hi.  The iOS app and the server will require an internet connection to periodically validate the license and device usage.  If that is not possible, you can purchase the app unlock to enable playback.

Thanks again for the quick response. So even though I paid for Premiere I also have to pay the unlock fee too?

Can you try this, connect them to the server, then play something, then take them offline. How does that compare?
