Generate intro video markers when media is added not working

Hello,

I have a problem, where the intro markers are only generated when the scheduled task runs, but not when new media is added.

Running on TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.3.1 and Emby Server 4.7.14.0 from the Truecharts library. The issue is not specific to these versions, it started a couple of months ago.
Also tried installing from the default Truenas chart library, but the issue is the same.

I installed a new server instance to test.

• Click through the initial setup without creating a library
• Enter premiere key, restart server
• Create a new library with Content type: TV shows
  • Add a folder with a few episodes of a season
  • Set Generate video preview thumbnails and Generate intro video markers to as a scheduled task and when media is added
  • 
• I don't have a Detect Episode Intros task, restart the server again. The task appears
• Check that everything is OK, thumbnails and skip intro button are there.
• Add new episode, then wait 10 minutes
• Check new episode. Preview thumbnails are generated, skip intro is missing
• Manually run the Detect Episode Intros task
• Check the new episode again, now the skip intro appears too

Here is the latestembyserver.txt
The new episode is picked up at 2023-08-30 10:10:18.875
I manually trigger the Detect Episode Intros Task at 2023-08-30 10:21:51.607
