Connection hassle since new update

Hi all,

Since yesterday, when my server did the update to Emby Server 4.7.14, although my Sony smart TV is still working, the bedroom TV which uses a TV box, refuses to connect.  I've tried all the tips and tricks online as to connection issues and I've been through all the settings on the server laptop.  

I've also tried adding the server manually with the IP address, nothing.  Tried the PIN feature, nothing.

 'pulling my hair out....'

Any word of wisdom?
