Emply Playback cutting videos short

I have Football clips that are 10-20 seconds long and each time I play them via Emby the app cuts the video short by a few seconds. Any way to change that behavior?

There is no error that I can post associated with this issue.  The best I can do is describe the behavior.  If I play an MP4 clip I recorded from a football game that is 20 seconds long the Emby app on my LG tv or iPhone will only play like 15-16 seconds of the clip and then end the playback.  No error it just goes back to the playback menu for the video I just played.   Does that help?

Those instructions ask for the logs from the server covering the time of the behaviour you describe - they can be downloaded from the dashboard and appended to your post here.
