Family member problem with external connections

Hi

One of my family member has changed router from regular internet to fiber. After this it´s not possible to cast emby either from mobile device or from google tv app. The tv can cast youtube, HBO without problems. Other who use my server dont have this problem. I have tried to reset the chromecaster without luck. It´s possible to enter emby by app on the phone but not cast it. It only allows to play on the phone or tablets. Any idea´s what i have missed? 

I have attached the log. Its between 13:30 and 15:30 local time where i tried to get it to work. 

The router is called Icotera. Model i4850-20

HI, what exactly happens when they try?

It Wont cast from phones or tablets to the TV. It Can find the TV cast name and put the image from Emby at the screen but when they Press PLAY nothing happen om the TV and the mobil starts Playing at the mobile or tablet instead. Other cast platform such as hbo works fine. Its only Emby.

HI, please try asking them to update to Emby for iOS 2.2.12 and see if that helps. Thanks.
