what is the issue, cannot convers movies

good morning, i am trying to convert some movies to another format, but i keep getting the message that it failed, what could be the problem, i think everything is set up properly?

Hi, strange. I believe this is resolved in the upcoming 4.8 release. 
 

what you could try now as a test is to turn off hardware transcoding in server transcoding settings and see if that resolves it.

 

 Just make sure to turn that back on when you’re done so that you’re not missing out on it for streaming transcoding.

What exactly did you do? Can you please provide a log example from that? Thanks.

Hi Luke.

If i go to the file, and i wil it to converteren, in the emby server its failed.

I tried other files and this is the same.
