small issues with intro skipping

Small issues with skip intro features, despite the episode having the same intro as the others sometimes the skip button will appear after that during the episode. Not with all episodes I would say 1 out of 10 no matter what the show is, even very popular stuff like little house on the prairie and columbo.

On kodi with emby next gen sometimes the button wont appear at all.

with emby teather: the skip intro button I can press that appears at the start of the episodes sometimes does not show during the intro but rather later in the episode.

Even though on that specific file the intro was the exact same as the other entries in the season so there was no reason to 'miss' that specific intro.

similar with emby for kodi next gen add on: the intro markers will be here but the label that should appear allowing me to press ok to skip it does not always appear.

Talking about this (passer l'introduction\skip intro).

Can you please try refreshing the metadata on that episode and then attach the emby server log? Thanks.
