"Hello Support,

I've followed the provided folder structure guidelines, but I'm encountering an issue with the Extras videos not being displayed in Emby.

Here's a breakdown of my folder tree:

Santa Maradona (2001)
├── Santa Maradona (2001).mkv
└── covers
    ├── Cover.jpg
    ├── Front.jpg
    ├── Inner.jpg

└── extras
    ├── 01. Menu.mkv
    ├── 02. Etimologia del titolo.mkv
    ├── 03. Documentario dietro le quinte.mkv
    ├── 04. Intro Contenuti Speciali.mkv
    ├── 05. Intermezzi.mkv
    ├── 06. Intermezzi-Dolores.mkv
    ├── 07. Finali.mkv
    ├── 08. Scene inedite.mkv
    ├── 09. Ciak Sbagliati.mkv
    ├── 10. Provini cast - Libero De Rienzo - Mandala Tayde.mkv
    ├── 11. Premiazioni (David di Donatello).mkv
    ├── 12. Trailer e spot.mkv
    ├── 13. All Over - Video Clip (Motel Connection).mkv
    └── 14. Nuvole Rapide - Video Clip (Subsonica).mkv

I'm currently using Emby server version 4.7.14.0, which is installed on a Raspberry Pi. I've made sure to check both the Emby Android app and the Web page to troubleshoot the issue.

Could you kindly assist me in identifying any potential missteps on my end? What should I verify to rectify this situation?

Thank you for your help.

Maybe I had to open this topic in Linux, but I don't know how to delete or move it 🤦‍♂️

You can't, I'll do it for you.

Provide server log covering timespan when you were trying to import those. At the first glance nothing stands out, wild guess would be either a permission issue or possibly those numbers in filenames confusing parser, try dumping those and see how does that compare?

Hi, this might be due to the covers folder. can you try deleting that and then running a library scan?

Moving covers folder into extras did the trick! Thanks @Luke
