Problem Direct Streaming H264 - MPEG4 AVC

I have a remote user having the occasional problem streaming TV shows.  We have now discovered that all of the most recent Futurama season is not working for her.

Season 7 and 8 are H264 - MPEG4 AVC, A52 AC3

Season 2 which works ok is

Codec: MPEG-H Part2/HEVC (H.265) (hevc)
Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)

Still a problem.  When she tries to play the file she gets sound and a black screen and cannot cancel playback unless she holds the home button the remote down for several seconds

She is on 1.7.9

Emby 4.7.14.0
