no compatible streams are currently available.

i keep getting this error when trying to play on a Roku. i can play on my android phones but not a roku

 

i have truenas 13.1 jail setup for emby server.

it has been working forever but all of a sudden stopped, i can see all the files and folders and the tvshow etc but i just cant play them any help is appreciated
