No sound and Sub

I have played some movies on my tablet(ROG Z13 2023) via Google Chrome, but no sound and subtitles, but on the iPhone is perfect.

You appear to be trying to play a video with a higher bit rate than the bitrate limit you have set somewhere; however, you have also forbidden transcoding.  You could try changing one or other of those conditions to see if it helps.
