Plugin Suggestion: User library position/theme preferences duplicator

Hi devs, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. But it would be awesome if we could get a plugin that takes a set of default library positions and applies it to all users. I know some of the first things I do when setting up new accounts is positioning the libraries around and adjusting settings for them, so the experience looks the same across all users.

Any devs interested in giving this a crack? a bit like AdminBuddy but it also copies library positions/layouts on the home screen, etc.

The library order would be possible but theme selection is an app-specific setting so there would really be no way to do that at this time.
