When I try to reproduce IPTV content from my Samsung TV, the following error appears:

HI, maybe it's caused by this KillStreams plugin that you have installed? 

2023-08-22 08:19:04.061 Info App: Loading KillStreams, Version=2021.3.2.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null from /config/plugins/KillStreams.dll

I've never heard of this before. Try removing it and then restarting the server and see if that helps.
