Nomenclature for Audio Plays

I have a collection of Big Finish audio dramas.  These are essentially like old fashioned radio plays, recorded with a full cast and sound effects, but, obviously, no video as they were meant to be played over the radio.  "The Shadow Knows..."  In the UK, a company called Big Finish has been producing these in connection with cult TV shows, particularly Doctor Who and Blake's 7. Basically these are like the audio portion of new episodes of those shows, often with the original cast or some of them, anyway. I am converting these to mp4's with a static background so that Emby will recognize them in the TV database with the relevant TV show. That part works fine.  I am wondering/hoping, however, that there is a naming convention for such media (either the original MP3/M4B versions or the converted MP4's) to allow Emby to import the appropriate metadata.  There is a database of the Big Finish Doctor Who productions here: https://www.timelash.com/tardis/list.php?naa However, I do not know where or even if there is a more comprehensive database of audio dramas similar to TVDB, etc. Is there a naming convention for this media? Any ideas of a better way to do it?

Hi.  Unless one of our current providers has data on these, the naming won't matter much but I would stick to standard TV naming since you've set them up as TV shows.

Do any of your current providers have data on this type of media?

Not to my knowledge, no, but if you find any sources please let us know and we'll consider integrating.
