wrong url when sharing

I recently rebooted my server and now when I try and share via the File Station, The URL it produces does not include the "s" (https). It also uses the 5000 port when it should be the 5001 for this secure connection (certificate). I can add it manually and that link works but not the url generated.

Can this be corrected?

http://myserver:5000/sharing/what you assigned
vs
https://myserver:5001/sharing/what you assigned needed
