Justus 8 Posted August 20, 2023 Posted August 20, 2023 Hey, is there a way to see more easily which users have access to a library? At the moment, if I want to know who has access to a certain folder, I have to go through every single user and check their access rights. Is there perhaps with a plugin the possibility to look at it the other way around? So that I can see directly "For this library the following users have access:"
Luke 42083 Posted August 20, 2023 Posted August 20, 2023 Hi, there is currently no way to do this, although it’s not a bad idea. Thanks. 1
caveman456 2 Posted August 20, 2023 Posted August 20, 2023 Yes please, this would be a good feature. As an addition I would also find it handy from the admin account to be able to see which users have watched a particular item without going in to each individual user to check. 1

I agree, and I previously came up with with a mock-up of a table view that would help give admins a flat view of user/library access without having to go through each user. @Lukewould be great if something similar could be worked on for a future 4.9 release

See a recent comment on how you can achieve this by using the 'Played' tab in the 'Playback Reporting' plugin: 1
