Premiere: Are camera uploads private to the user?

Considering getting a lifetime key for Emby Premiere. One of the big features for me is the photo uploading. 

Are photo uploads private to the user? I don't particularly want other server users being able to view my content. 
In terms of file/folder structure, does Emby just drop them in a folder you choose and leave them? Or does it build up some form of structure itself or leave behind extra metadata files? 

Just thinking about what it'll look like in the file browser, and also possible ways I can integrate the backup feature with other services on my server.

Hi, not initially, but once they’re in a folder on the server you have all the usual content restriction options to do that.
