Trakt Plugin - error when plugin tries to scrobble playback

Trakt is currently not scrobbling for me. I noticed it a few days ago and tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling and re-entering my pin number but still seeing the same error. I am uploading a log after I last got it to show the error. The time in the log starts with this line pretty close to the bottom of the log: "2023-08-17 03:43:55.111 Info Trakt: Item is played. Scrobble".

In this instance I was playing an episode of Spider-Man but I have tried it with other episodes and movies with the same result. I only have one user on this server and I am doing local playback to an Apple TV 4K device.

HI, Did you create a schedule for the scheduled tasks in Emby Server? If so, what is it?

No scheduled task. I just use the app to scrobble when playing back videos.

This may actually be a Trakt account locked issue - I received a notice in the iOS app that my account is locked due to duplicate plays or something. I am contacting support to get this sorted out. I will report back if that ends up being the case.
