Shield Emby app fails to load movie folder

Hello, 

 

Ok, using a synology nas and nvidia shields around the house. Running the basic emby mobile android app movie directory loads up fine, as does TV.

 

Using the Nvidia Shield android app, movie dir wont load, just throws a cannot access server error. TV dir load fine. 

 

I want to use the nvidia shield app as it looks nicer and works better. Any ideas?

It should show the shield failing to load it. Then it loading the dir via the web app on my phone directly after.

Probably worth adding i can still see and play movies in the latest movies section on the home screen

But movies play just fine, so it isn't an access error...

Hi.  Can you try sideloading our standard android app on the same device and see how that compares?

There are a number of general file access and network errors in  your server log. Not sure if related because I could not find the activity in question.

In any case, can you please reproduce that message and then  follow the instructions to send a log from the app?
