Play All & Shuffle Button Missing

The play all and shuffle buttons are not showing up when trying to play media from folders.

In the Folders tab from the top selection bar where it says Videos, Collections, Genres, etc. This is inside a folder on my Home Screen where I keep some home videos.

Yeah, it's in the folders that it's missing. It was there 2 days ago.
