4.8.0.40 Cannot delete images

After the update to 4.8.0.40, I can't seem to delete images from my projects anymore.

When I click on the trash icon, nothing happens.

And when I try to use the "Delete Image" option from the context menu, a message pops up saying, "There was an error processing the request. Please try again later."

My platform is Synology 7.2.

This wasn't a problem in the previous versions.

Update indicates the server onto 4.8.0.41 versions. The download part the DSM6 x64 only the 4.8.0.40 versions downloadable
